Newberry Basement

We transformed this basement into a multi-functional space. We included a theater for movie nights, a small kitchen area and few other extras that everyone in the family can enjoy for years to come!

Dividing Room into Two

This space needed an update. We took the opportunity to create some drama with more architectural features and a paint color to create a focal point for the room.

Fulton Living Room Focal Point

This large room was a welcome addition to the family’s needs. It was so large we were able to divide it and create a new Home Office. By creating a wall with windows, we were able to keep both spaces filled with light and serve two of the family’s needs.

Eades Sunroom

Creating a gorgeous sunroom space for our clients to enjoy year-round increased their living space and therefore their home’s value! Love the outcome.

Mother-in-Law Suite

Updating this bath while making it a safe space for visiting mother and mother-in-law was the goal. Love the way we were able to update the finishes while increasing function and peace of mind when family visits.

Mullins Hall Bath

We proudly rescued this client from a bad situation created by a substandard contractor. Sadly, this is not the first time and won’t be the last. He left this homeowner with a leaky waterline going to the commode. Then he did more demo before simply leaving. They found us via a referral. Unfortunately, we had to start all over but are happy to say that we have them up and running.

Lankenau Kitchen Refresh

Without changing the footprint, we completely transformed this kitchen. We started by extending the island a full 12 inches, added new countertops and backsplash, then replaced the sink, faucet, microwave, and cooktop. Finally, we updated the ceiling lighting and added under cabinet task lighting.

Lankenau “Aging in Place” Bathroom Remodel

We created an updated bathroom for our clients and made the bathroom an “Aging in Place” safe space including features including a zero point entry shower, safety bar, and shower seat making it a safer environment for our clients, and one they can enjoy for years to come.

Smith Shower Replacement

We were called in to replace a leaking shower. When we were performing demo, we discovered most of the floor had rotted out. We repaired the leak and replaced everything to ensure safety. We made several updates to materials for a clean, inviting look.

Sherrill Stairs

We solved this client’s problems by adding stairs (in a relatively small space) so that they could easily access their basement level from inside the home.

Jones' Deck

Replacing decks is a reality and can be a safety issue left unchecked. Our client will be enjoying this one for many years to come!

Holtman's Shed Roof

We created shade and storage for our clients with this practical shed/roof addition. They will really appreciate it during our Atlanta summers!

Suwanee Bathroom

Bathrooms as retreat and spa are in huge demand. And we say, why not? The homeowner wanted a place to escape the daily grind. We were able to transform her old bathroom into a modern, luxury bathroom that delivered the “spa feel” that she wanted.

Great Kitchen, But...

In this remodel, the footprint was good, but the kitchen needed major updating with features and materials. By adding drawers, we created better access to the items in the backs of the cabinets. We added a pot filler allowing pots to be filled efficiently, and serve as a wow factor! Finally, we removed the bar top, which created much more sought after counter space.

Another great example of changing the materials, and not the footprint while still delivering maximum impact. Keeping the same layout, we took this bathroom to the modern age. Completing the remodel, we got rid of the browns, and brought in the white and gray, which creates a very classic yet current look and feel.

Grant Park Oasis

It’s inevitable. Northeastern Atlanta summers and all weather over time will beat up your deck. This one was too far gone to recover. So we constructed a new deck, and took advantage of the space under the deck to extend the homeowner’s living space.

Deck & Screened Porch

With milder temperatures in Atlanta winters, and scorching temperatures in the summer months, a deck and screened in porch can offer a practical space that you can use virtually year round. Careful planning and choice of materials made this a major transformation for the homeowners.

Dunwoody Kitchen

Sometimes there is a better space plan for a kitchen, and this is a great example. We moved the sink into an island, opened the wall from the kitchen to the dining which created a significant more open feel, while overall created a much better flow for entertaining.

1980's Kitchen

Not all projects require major renovations, sometimes what is needed is a total refresh in materials and appliances. This remodel brought the kitchen up two full decades in style, and gave the homeowners something to enjoy for years to come!

Virginia Highland Kitchen

Smaller places require careful space planning, but can deliver big results. We removed the breakfast area to create a larger kitchen added new windows, changed windows into doors, added a prep sink and floating shelves. The transformation was hugely impactful.

3 Season Addition

This addition doesn’t look or feel like an addition. Careful planning, design and matching of materials make this addition look like it is part of the original home. We succeeded in creating more living space while keeping the integrity of the home…a win for the homeowners!

Virginia Highland Bathroom

This couple chose to age in place, and remain in their current home. To ensure their safety and maximize practicality, they opted to remove the tub and create a shower. A roomy shower doesn’t require any dangerous maneuvers that a tub requires… like climbing in and out, which is key in preventing slips and falls.
