Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect during the design/build renovation?

We will begin with a consultation and creation of a plan. Together we will formulate a schedule. Once work begins, you can expect on going, detailed communication updates as well as a clean project space at the end of each day’s work. For more details on the steps, read here.

Why should I work with a professional remodeler?

There are so many reasons why it makes sense to work with a professional remodeler.

Very often, homeowners will want to DIY it, or hire unskilled helpers to complete their remodeling projects. This can, and very often does go horribly wrong, and what began as a way to “save money” ends up costing the homeowner more money to rectify and remedy a bad situation. Not to mention the pain and suffering that can make the entire process stressful and time consuming. There is no substitute for a professional remodeler who possess a multitude of skills and knowledge to deliver a result that is well planned, expertly built and beautifully designed.

How long should my home remodeling project take?

This varies depending upon the scope and complexity of the project. We will give you estimations before we begin work, so that you can plan accordingly.

When is the best time to remodel my home?

There is not one answer for this question. While we don’t usually have cold weather delays in Northeast Atlanta, there is the occasional freezing temperatures that could make it less than ideal for some projects.
