Bathrooms as retreat and spa are in huge demand. And we say, why not? The homeowner wanted a place to escape the daily grind. We were able to transform her old bathroom into a modern, luxury bathroom that delivered the “spa feel” that she wanted.
In this remodel, the footprint was good, but the kitchen needed major updating with features and materials. By adding drawers, we created better access to the items in the backs of the cabinets. We added a pot filler allowing pots to be filled efficiently, and serve as a wow factor! Finally, we removed the bar top, which created much more sought after counter space.
Another great example of changing the materials, and not the footprint while still delivering maximum impact. Keeping the same layout, we took this bathroom to the modern age. Completing the remodel, we got rid of the browns, and brought in the white and gray, which creates a very classic yet current look and feel.
It’s inevitable. Northeastern Atlanta summers and all weather over time will beat up your deck. This one was too far gone to recover. So we constructed a new deck, and took advantage of the space under the deck to extend the homeowner’s living space.
With milder temperatures in Atlanta winters, and scorching temperatures in the summer months, a deck and screened in porch can offer a practical space that you can use virtually year round. Careful planning and choice of materials made this a major transformation for the homeowners.
Sometimes there is a better space plan for a kitchen, and this is a great example. We moved the sink into an island, opened the wall from the kitchen to the dining which created a significant more open feel, while overall created a much better flow for entertaining.
Not all projects require major renovations, sometimes what is needed is a total refresh in materials and appliances. This remodel brought the kitchen up two full decades in style, and gave the homeowners something to enjoy for years to come!
Smaller places require careful space planning, but can deliver big results. We removed the breakfast area to create a larger kitchen added new windows, changed windows into doors, added a prep sink and floating shelves. The transformation was hugely impactful.
This addition doesn’t look or feel like an addition. Careful planning, design and matching of materials make this addition look like it is part of the original home. We succeeded in creating more living space while keeping the integrity of the home…a win for the homeowners!
This couple chose to age in place, and remain in their current home. To ensure their safety and maximize practicality, they opted to remove the tub and create a shower. A roomy shower doesn’t require any dangerous maneuvers that a tub requires… like climbing in and out, which is key in preventing slips and falls.
